Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include the time required to process and prepare an order for shipment.

CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched to the carrier.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once an order has been dispatched, ordinary returns and refunds are not accepted.
If a shipment is lost in transit, arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of recorded delivery.
For shipments that appear to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number so we can review the tracking information and carrier status.
